PRIVACY POLICY

Defined Branding takes privacy and security matters seriously.  This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of information gathered from visitors to our website (“Visitors”). We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information you provide against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use. Your use of our web site and/or the Defined Branding signifies your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or Defined Branding Services or otherwise disclose any Personal Information. Visitors may also be referred to other third parties and/or other websites as a part of the Defined Branding.  Defined Branding is not responsible for the policies or practices of those third parties or content of those web sites.

Collection of Personal Information:
“Personal Information” is information that can identify you or be used to contact you.  Examples include your name, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, birth date, age, email address, and credit card account information.  Defined Branding only uses Personal Information that Visitors voluntarily provide to get back in touch with you, often to provide a quote or service. We do not add you to any automatic emailing lists and do not keep your details longer than they are needed to serve you unless this is required by Maltese Law and pertaining to accounting processes, once you become a purchasing customer.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Information:

The Personal Information we collect from our Visitors is important to us, and we know it is important to you too. We do not share or sell any information collected.

Collection of Non-Personal Information:
“Non-personal Information” is information about you that is not personally identifiable, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, host operating system, and other basic website statistical information that cannot identify a particular person. The Defined Branding website has minimal use of cookies and they are not used to identify the user specifically. Like many other websites, uses “cookies” and similar tools to help improve the user’s experience on our website.  “Cookies” are small files that recognize repeat visitors.  You should be able to control the use of cookies through your internet browser.  Whether or not to allow cookies is your choice.  If you decide to block the use of cookies, then certain aspects of our website may not be available to you or function as designed.

Security:

Defined Branding works hard to protect Personal Information that is relayed to email on our website. However, no security program is one hundred percent effective at preventing the unauthorized access, disclosure or use of Personal Information.  Transmissions of data are not subject to the same security protocols and may be more easily compromised.  Please contact the data protection officer Stephanie Fiteni on contact@definedbranding.com or at +356 2137 5016 to report any suspected security problems.

Changes to this Privacy Policy:
We make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time.  Please check back on a regular basis for any changes.
